Designed B2B and B2C solutions for our financial sector customers, such as JP Morgan. Wells Fargo and Fidelity. Collaborated with multiple Salesforce product and platform teams to leverage and connect business workflows between marketing, sales, and customer service for the financial sector. There was extensive cross team collaboration to unify these experiences.


One of the problems was improving the customer engagement for banking customers. Wells Fargo needed a better way to tag and track customer engagements into their books of business. I designed new feature called smart tags which became part of the Salesforce core platform. This became a big success in capturing customer insights and tracking them at scale within books of business.


Another project was relationship mapping. Our financial partners needed a tool to help identify relationships between customers, accounts, trusts and corporate subsidiaries. There was no effective way of doing this—it was a lot of navigating from one record to the next repeatingly. Instead, we created a new relationship mapping visualization tool. This generated a lot of excitement within Salesforce as a key to unlocking a way to navigate complex relationships.

I designed an entirely new paradiagm for how relationships could be visualized. This solution could be customized for different types of data for different Salesforce products. It was a very complex challenge and I successfully delivered a solution that was adopted by multiple teams at Salesforce.
