I was hired as a Senior UX Designer for a new startup bringing AI & Automation to the distribution industry. The vision was to help mid sized distributors become more competitive and profitable by leveraging AI to do inventory forecasting and workflow automation.

The segment we were targeting were late adopters. This presented a real challenge. We needed to prove the value of our solution and show real world impact without disruption to their current operations. This required a deep understanding of their business and operations. There were many site visits and interviews conducted to undertand the pain points
